Snow Snow Snow!

Hi Everybody!

As the snow continued we thought it would be a good idea to sesh up the local dry ski slope at Tallington Lakes. There was more than enough snow to get an almost mountainy experience. ahaa. With the 1inch of snow. Getting straight into it we built a ramp at the bottom of the slope, it wasnt the best of ramps but it did the job as me, my bro Alex and some of his friends shredded it!
I stacked it!

Skateboard Deck on Ice! Its the Future..

Hi Everybody!

I'm back with something different this time. It all started with snow, we didn't expect to get it here in England but the last Christmas and this one, the snow has been falling none stop for the last 2 days.

So what me and my mates I normally go skateboarding with took off the trucks and wheels off our skateboards ant started using them as snowskates to slide on the icy roads, but there is no hills where I live so we got Matt's car and used it as a towing device with some rope to pull us along. Its was sick! We were doing bigspins and multiple variations of shuvs while going about 10mph around the streets!

So if its icy near you give it ago but watch out for car! Safety First Guys!!

Getting my shred on in Florida, Clermont

Hey guys

Just got back from Florida. The weather was sweet with warm water and great sunshine.

This trip was good as I got to practice my skate tricks behind the boat. I also planned on going to the Projects wakeboard and wakeskate camp which I did for a day until I pulled my right pectoral and bicep hitting the sliders and crashing. This lead to my Pec swelling up into a breast, ahaa and a big bruise but a couple of days later from the incident the swelling went down and I was back on the water practicing my switch tricks. My time at the Projects was good as they have a sick set of sliders and multiple number of system 2.0s with a sick selection of Nike 6.0 rails. The day I injured myself, I was riding with Pro wakeskater Nick Taylor on the system 2, this was awesome to ride with Nick and the coaches like Josh Kirby and Grasso.

But here's some pics from a casual day riding in Clermont near Swiss Ski School and I am looking forward to going back out there on Christmas day to shred at OWC with Cobe Mikacich!

With the comp season finished in the UK I am now riding my skateboard with my mates..

Nautique Method Team Comp

Hey All,

It has finally come to the end of the season now and even though it is getting chilly, Midlands Nautique and Method Boardwear rounded it off with a great team wakeboard comp at Holme Pierrepont in Nottingham.

Scott, switch Krypt!

Kurt, switch Tantrum!

Me, Method Backroll!

Matt, Fashion Air!

The competition kicked off bright and early bringing out the Limited Edition Byerly Nautique boat! Everyone was amped to ride on the flat water. The rules of the comp where 4 in a team and each rider had 10mins to do as many tricks as they could including hitting a kicker we also had unlimited falls. The first couple of groups were out setting the standards for the rest of the teams. When it came to my team, once again called Team Method with Matt, Scott, Kurt and me, we all went for a unique style again wearing full suits without boardshorts. ahaa everyone was laughing but we knew they were just jealous of are cool look. haha. When it came to are team, Scott went out first landing some sick tricks including a switch Krypt off the kicker. Then Kurt went out shredding with all his tricks including a railey behind the boat and some switch difficult tricks, next up was me, I was stoked with my performance landing all my tricks and more finishing off with a switch 540 off the kicker. Last but not least was Matt, he road sick nailing all of his tricks. Everyone road well sticking technical tricks behind The Byerly a beast of a boat, even though it wasn't fully loaded it still had a perfect size wake. The results ended with Team Method taking the win!

Thanks to Midlands Nautique, Method Boardwear, Rockstar and 2 Seasons for setting up this event and supporting it! Its was sweet!

Morning Skate Jam at Box End Park & Cheeky Winch sesh at the Wier in the afternoon

Hi Everybody!

On a beautiful Sunday morning at Box End I really enjoyed the Skate Jam at 8am till 10am. Early, flat and sunny! A few of the riders weren't feeling too good that morning after having a few too many beverages the night before. ahaa. There was a fair few riders in the jam and it was good for the wakeskaters as it was just for us with prizes at the end for the most impressive riders pulling out new tricks. The best overall rider of the sesh was Louis Floyd pulling out his first fs 3 shuv and a killer back lip on a decent size box, with this great performance he won a weekend to Extreme Gene in Spain! Everyone was doing some nice tricks, fs bigspins, bs bigspins, 3 shuvs and kickflips, successfully I was one of those landing a kickflip, felt good! I also got a Nick Davies helmet for the best slam doing a nut cracker on the dragon slider, looked painful but felt like a slide to me. ahaa. Also so many variations on and off the box. So thanks again to Box End Park for respecting the wakeskaters we had a fantastic day!

After the morning sesh we got some food and chilaxed for a bit. Then me, my bro, Will, Zander and Harry went with Terry, Liam, Louis, Louis' little bro and Liam's girlfriend to the Oakley Wier not far from Box End. The Wier is a really good winch spot with a great scenery and it looks nice and clean. So it kicked off as soon as we got there with Terry's winch set up and some of the guys getting ready, we split up into to groups so people aren't standing around getting cold. Louis, Will, Harry and Zander are first up, Louis leading the way starting of with a 180 down it and the others getting use to the drop ollie's down it then Will and Zander stepping it up with Zander getting close to a shuv down it and will going for a fs 360, both so close. Next up busting out a fs bigspin down it was Louis, It was so sick!

The next group was Terry, Liam, me and Louis had a few more goes. These guys were going straight out trying 3 shuvs and bigspins down it. When it came to my turn I was a little excited for it being my first winch spot, so I did an ollie down it then trying to step it up with 3 shuvs. It was really good fun and can't wait to go again with these guys!

Thanks a lot Terry, Liam and Louis for bringing us for this great sesh!

Ropes & Wires Team Wakeboard Comp

What up guys!
Yesterday was the cable and boat team event. Which consisted of four member in a team and getting 15 minutes on the cable to do our best tricks and a run each behind the boat to pull off as many tricks as we could. It was a great event with an awesome atmosphere, it was very windy too but that didn't stop us from going for the gnarliest tricks and hitting the biggest obstacles.
My team was called Team Method, which was Scott, Kirt, Matt and me. We went for the best style of wearing no board shorts over top of our long suits! Our main rival team was Team Sheffield as they are cable riders, they turned out to be the best team on cable but our team was the best behind boat. We thought it was going to be close between us and when it came down to the podium, Team Method came out on top pulling out enough tricks on the cable and boat to win!
The pro division was really good to watch as they were doing some seriously jaw dropping tricks. I think the main trick everyone remembers is Jonty Greens S-Bend to blind behind the boat getting pulled over onto his back dragging along and then getting back onto his board, the crowd went wild! His team won the pro division with so many incredible tricks and their consistency.

MC going for the no boardies!

Overall it was an awesome day! Great result as our team also one brand new 2010 limited edition Liquid Force, Box End boards, one each! Thanks Box End for a great day!

Ultra Sport Demo Day

Hey hey!

Today went to Box End Cable park to meet the guys from Ultra Sport. It was pretty cool to see a lot of the new 2010 gear which Neil and Pat brought along, then I demoed some of the new O'Brien wakeskates. They looked pretty sick with there different shapes and colours. The one I liked most was the Fuse wakeskate, this wakeskate has a good pop to it with thick nose and tail then it goes thin on the middle section, a well designed board.

There are also the O'Brien wakeboard team there trying out the new wakeboards. They looked like they were having a lot of fun on them pulling off some massive tricks.

Whilst we were there we got a chance to ride behind Box Ends sick X-Star. Johnny was the first one to go out with Sim and James riding alongside on MC's Sea-doo jet ski getting some good shots. Next up was Matt and then Jorge and I went last. Just having a quick sesh in the time.

Thanks to all the guy at Ultra Sport! I am looking forward to riding for you guys in the near future!

I've been Spiked!

What up..

Last Thursday I had a Photo shoot with Spiked! It was really good fun going riding and being able to show the guys my riding ability behind the boat, being in front of the camera was new to meet as it was my first photo shoot. I was a little nervous as I wanted to stick all my best tricks in front of the guys from Spiked. My ride was successful and very enjoyable as I pulled off some of my top tricks such as 3 shuvs, fs and bs bigspins, wake to wake bs 180 and my top recent trick wake to wake hs fs 360. After my ride we had a look at the photos that were taken by the photographer and picked out the best ones.

Whilst we were down at Liquid Leisure, Matt Walton MD of Spiked invited my little sister Charlotte Moore current under 12s overall National Champion for slalom and trick to show her ability on the water.

Also this gave me the opportunity to watch fellow Spiked team mate member Cole Mossman so some massive jumps on the skis which was good to watch.

I'd like to thanks all of the Spiked team for this day of fun on the water and I am looking forward to seeing the finished video and photos!

Thanks guys!
